We founded Core Connection to make women’s health care more accessible by bringing physiotherapy and rehabilitation directly into people’s homes.
Too often, women delay or go without care because of barriers like childcare, transportation, mobility challenges, busy schedules, or simply trying to balance everyone else’s needs before their own. We believe women shouldn’t have to choose between their health and the demands of everyday life.

Core Connection provides in-home physiotherapy and kinesiology services across Greater Victoria, the Cowichan Valley, Vancouver, and the North Shore. We support women and gender-diverse people through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, healthy aging, pelvic health concerns, injury recovery, and rehabilitation.
By delivering care in the home, we can better understand the realities of daily life and create treatment plans that are practical, personalized, and meaningful.
