Anastasia Jobe (She/her)

Physical fitness and mindful movement has always been a huge part of Anastasia’s life. The freedom and joy she experienced is what inspired her to become an exercise professional. Anastasia is a registered Kinesiologist with BCAK and graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelor of Sport and Fitness Leadership- Exercise and Wellness Designation in 2020. Anastasia also teaches community group fitness classes on Galiano Island and in Saanich, BC.

One of the driving reasons she became a kinesiologist was to help improve and empower other people through accessible, comprehensive, client specific, evidence based exercise programming. Anastasia works with seniors, various orthopedic conditions and recently neurologically challenged clients. Anastasia provides client first treatment and considers the whole picture when designing new exercise programs. Her goal for every session and client is to provide pain-free, functional, fun and innovative exercises to give freedom back to her clients.

Anastasia was born and raised on Prince Edward Island where she attended high school. She spent the majority of her childhood outdoors and on the beach. She moved out west to complete her post-secondary education and fell in love with the rugged west coast. Anastasia enjoys snowboarding in the winter-time and works as a professional kayak guide in the summer. Anastasia is excited to help you achieve all your exercise and wellness goals. Let’s get moving!
